Not a bad smoothie--

This morning's breakfast-- smoothie consisting of: 3 slightly over-ripe bananas, some lactose free-fat free milk, one ice cream Popsicle, some vanilla yogurt, a few cubes of ice, and a few squirts of Hammer Vanilla energy gel

  1. We tend to go for one banana, about a cup of pineapple (frozen), half a cup of mango (frozen), six strawberries and a cup of heavy cream.
